The embossing of our textured sheets reduces friction and allows any excess liquid to drain away between the raised area of the pattern, thereby aiding the movement of food and its packaging. This rolling process also results adds strength and rigidity, which are ideal properties for protecting machines and refrigeration equipment.
The most commonly-used finishes are 5WL, 6W and 7GM, but especially 15DP. These finishes are available in 304 stainless steel, known as ‘food-grade’ stainless steel, and can therefore come into direct contact with food without contaminating it. Stainless steel is chemically neutral, guaranteeing that there is no transfer of molecules between the food and the material.
APPLICATIONS
These panels are often used:
